Muscle, Ligaments and Tendons Journal

MLTJ (Muscle, Ligaments and Tendons Journal) is a quarterly, peer-reviewed, open access, on-line journal.

It is the official journal of the Italian Society of Muscles, Ligaments and Tendons (I.S.Mu.L.T.), Società Italiana Terapia con Onde D'urto (S.I.T.O.D.) , Società Italiana di Artroscopia (S.I.A.), International Muscles Ligaments & Tendons Society (In.Mu.L.T.S.) and Società Italiana Studio Piede e Caviglia (S.I.S.P.E.C)

Users shall have the right to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles.

MLTJ takes full advantages of internet technology for both the submission and review of manuscripts.

As recent studies have found, not only can the use of a vibration plate be beneficial for muscles and tendons, but daily exercise with a balance board can also be beneficial. Information for that are available on Mybeautik and also here for balance boards.
